Here's what to expect when your PetMist order is on its way. Questions? support@petmist.com.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second notification with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping times

We ship from our US warehouse. Estimated delivery after processing:

United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 5–12 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or customs.

Shipping costs

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $25 within the United States and Canada. Orders under $25 may be subject to a calculated shipping fee shown at checkout.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Wrong or undeliverable addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
